Cracked or hollow tiles replaced, grout raked out and renewed, silicone redone.
A cracked tile is a small job with one hard part: matching it. If you kept a box of spares, it is an hour. If you did not, it is a hunt through Maltese showrooms and sometimes an honest conversation about a feature strip instead. A hollow tile that has not cracked yet is worth lifting before it does.
Regrouting a shower — raking out, regrouting, new silicone — is the cheapest thing you can do for a bathroom that looks tired, and it is the point at which a tiler tells you whether the tanking underneath ever existed.
Small jobs are on a published Maltese hourly band with a one-hour minimum. Regrouting and tile replacement have no published Maltese per-unit figure and are quoted on site, usually on the same visit.
| Job | Unit | Band | What is in it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small-jobs call-out | per hour | €35 – €50 | one-hour minimum on a first visit |
| Replace cracked or lifted tiles | tile | quoted on site | quoted on site; matching the tile is the job |
| Regrouting | m² | quoted on site | rake out and regrout, silicone renewed; quoted on site |
A band, not a quote: the low end is a straightforward job with clear access, the high end is the same job with the complications a site visit finds. Materials are included where the line says so.

You deal with us, not with the trade. We measure, we quote a fixed price per square metre, we bring in a tiler from the CheckYourTraders-verified network, and we stand behind the work. One point of contact, one contract, one invoice.
